The concept of spring break began in the mid-1930s, when swimming coach, Sam Ingram, from Colgate University from Upstate New York decided to take his team down to Fort Lauderdale for some early training. Conversion Therapy Unanimously Criminalized in France: The National Assembly passes a new law that illegalizes conversion therapy throughout the European country.

On Jan. 25, France passed a new law criminalizing conversion therapy. The National Assembly passed it unanimously, and it had already been passed by the majority vote in the French Upper House. Delaware County Homeless Shelters Still Face Consequences of COVID: A look into the present state of several homeless shelters in Delaware County.

Community Action Agency of Delaware County’s three homeless shelters have reached capacity, causing officials to rely on a motel/hotel voucher system.
