V-day Coffehouse showcases student talent

On Feb. 13, the Student Activities Board held a Valentine’s Day-inspired coffeehouse. Six performances delighted the crowd, with four student musician acts, one poetic reading, and an outside band. Refreshments, including a chocolate fountain, were provided by SAB.

1. Sophomore Chris Clark plays the drums while sophomore Ian Hoffman plays guitar and sings to sophomore Elizabeth Sherron.

2. First-year guitar player Jordan Barmore entertains the crowd.

3. First-years Lucas Shoults and Brandon Kopp played an acoustic set of original music.

4. Calling themselves the Barefoot Bandits, first-year banjo player Tim Wotring, junior singer Tess Roholt, and junior guitar player Ben Guiles played a folksy set.
