March 18 will mark the two-year anniversary of the war against Iraq. The prayer vigil is open to the entire community and will be one of many held around the country this weekend to remember the many citizens and soldiers, both American and Iraqi, who have been killed during the war.
The vigil is a way for community members to stand in solidarity with families in America and Iraq who have lost loved ones and to pray for peace.
The event will begin at 7 p.m. on Walton terrace.
