The Theatre of Living Arts located on South Street in Philadelphia has several upcoming concerts. You can easily get there by walking to the Saint Davids train station, taking the R5 train towards Center City, and getting off at Suburban Street station. All tickets for shows at the TLA can be purchased at ticketmaster.com. From Suburban Street station you can also walk to The Electric Factory.
Getting on the R5 train can also take you to Glenside where you will find the Keswick Theatre. Tickets can be ordered at keswicktheatre.com.
