Forum held to answer student questions on 4×4 proposal

The SGA sponsored a student forum on the proposed curriculum changes on November 30.

The proposed changes would change student course loads from five three-credit classes a semester to four four-credit classes a semester.

The forum was in preparation for the faculty vote on the proposed changes, set to be held on Thursday, March 16.

Present at the forum were President David Black, English department chair Caroline Cherry, university registrar Diana Bacci, Humanities chair Eloise Herbert Meneses, chemistry chair David Unander, Dean David Greenhalgh and Templeton Honors College Dean Chris Hall. Other than Hall, the faculty present at the forum were in favor of the proposed program.
