Field Hockey

Even before having played a game in the MAC, Eastern’s field hockey team already has a rival in their new conference. Alvernia College reached the PAC Championship game against Eastern each of the past three years, winning last year’s championship by the narrowest of margins in penalty shootouts. Women’s Tennis

Ten years after graduating from Eastern, Mark Spangler returned last spring to coach the men’s tennis team. This fall he will be extending his responsibilities to include head coach of the women’s tennis team. “I thought some of the things we did with the men’s program we could do with the women’s program,” Spangler said.
