In Zimbabwe, poverty, hunger and AIDS kill approximately 3,500 of the 12.5 million citizens daily. Thirty-five percent of the population has HIV/AIDS. Five percent of the nation is employed. Eighty percent of the people do not receive an education. The country’s political history is a narrative of conflict and strife.
