After their triumphant runs through the MAC, Eastern’s field hockey, volleyball and women’s soccer teams set their sights on national titles.
Women’s soccer reached the NCAA Sweet Sixteen with victories over Wheaton (Mass.) and Rowan on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. Volleyball also reached the Sweet Sixteen, plowing over their 1st and 2nd round opponents before losing to Juniata on Saturday night. Field hockey reached the Sweet Sixteen before being eliminated by Messiah on Saturday afternoon.
