Since the winter of 1777, people have been enjoying the grounds of Valley Forge National Park. Although it no longer offers shelter from the British, Valley Forge does invite visitors to explore several significant historical sites. Additionally, the park offers 10 hiking trails, ranging in length from .25 mile-14 miles. Trails are available for pedestrians, bikers or horses (should you own one). If you’d prefer to just have an outdoor lunch, picnic areas are also available.
