Even though Eastern has joined the MAC, the Cross Country team will continue to face many of the same teams they did last season. With juniors Mike Wilson and Mary Fitch returning to the sport, the team hopes to be stronger than ever.
Assistant Coach Carrie McTague hopes that the team will see their personal best times this season as well as introduce the new runners to the sport and help them succeed. She would like to see the team avoid injuries during the season and get better every race.
