Breakfast Pizza

~1 package crescent rolls
~1/2 green pepper, slice thin(optional)
~1/4 cup diced onion (optional)
~1 toaster oven hash brown patty
~Shredded swiss, mozzarella, and cheddar
(amount may vary)
~1 lb sausage – cooked (optional)
~5 eggs

Spray pizza pan with Pam. Spread crescent roll over greased pissa pan. Cook and drain sausage. Beat eggs with a fork and pour evenly over crescent roll. Spread rest of ingredients over pizza. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is brown.



Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

~2 1/2 cups of Quaker Oats
~1 cup (each) of flour and butter
~2 eggs
~1/2 teaspoon salt
~1 teaspoon (each) of vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon
~1 cup brown sugar
~1/3 cup sugar
~1 cup raisins

Blend all ingredients together, starting with the dry ones. Stir in flour second-to-last and mix thoroughly. Lastly, stir in Oats until you see no flour. Mix in raisins.
Place spoonfuls of the batter onto an ungreased cookie sheet, pressing them flat.
Bake in 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown on top. Enjoy!
