The Soweto Gospel Choir is a South African Gospel Choir that has performed with several different artists, including Bono, Queen Latifah, Stevie Wonder and Celine Dion. They also performed at the FIFAWorld Cup Draw in Cape May in December 2009. In May 2009, their album “Grace” charted in the top 10 of Billboard’s World Music Charts. The choir has been performing all over the world for 11 years, and is also an Ambassador for Nelson Mandela’s 46664 campaign. They collaborated on the song “Down to Earth” from Wall-E, which won a Grammy in the Best Movie Song category.
