While we were sleeping away our winter breaks, Eastern was hard at work making some necessary updates to our beautiful campus. Check out some of these changes and how they may affect you.
Updated Dining Commons:
Over holiday vacation, Sodexo was hard at work making updates to our outdated dining commons. The walls were painted, round tables replaced long ones, a new toaster was added to the deli and the salad bar made a move to the back of the room. Curiously, I’m still finding it harder than ever to find seating. I wouldn’t recommend venturing in at prime lunch and dinner hours for this reason.
New Sodexo Supervisor:
With the start of the semester, Sodexo welcomes Matthew Moser to the supervising team. Give him a smile and a wave next time you see him on duty in the dining commons.
Changes in the Mail Room:
Our mail room is in the process of getting a make-over. Commuters are no longer required to have a mailbox, so rennovations involve getting rid of some of the old ones not being used. The extra space will be used for storage to give mail room workers a little more room to breathe.
