Besides wondering why they did not get wings, several girls made good use of the SAB-sponsored Girls’ Night in Gough Great Room on Feb. 19 with facials, nail polish, cinnamon rolls, punch, strawberries and plenty of girly music.
On the other side of campus, at the Guys’ Night in Eagle Great Room, boys just dropped by to pick up food–a stark contrast with the girls who actually stayed to spend time with their friends.
First-year student Jazmine Brown crashed the Guys’ Night and found that boys were not receptive to her presence.
“Girls ruled, because they were actually participating,” Brown said. “Boys just came to get food and left.”
Another first-year student, Steven Green, crashed the Girls’ Night and shared the same opinion as Brown.
