Netflix House opening in King of Prussia

The Netflix House in King of Prussia is one of two new locations opening in the United States. It plans to open on Wednesday, Nov. 12, at the nearby King of Prussia Mall. Netflix House will feature interactive sets, themed mini-golf, virtual reality experiences and a full-service restaurant inspired by the platform’s most popular series and films.

One of the interactive sets is based on the Netflix live-action remake of “One Piece.” This experience calls all pirates to help “navigate villains’ lairs and iconic locations. Solve puzzles and tackle challenges.” They “run a tight ship, but there are no lone pirates,” which means “your band of pirates will include 6-12 people.” They recommend you bring your own group for the hour long experience or be prepared to join some other pirates in the adventure.

The other interactive set is based on the show “Wednesday.” This hour long experience is based on the Eve of the Outcasts Festival with Wednesday’s “own twisted touch.” You can play cursed carnival games, take photos with other fellow outcasts, and even solve mysteries with Thing. They do warn visitors of flashing or strobe lights and fog and haze effects. One can even explore Nevermore Academy’s most memorable spaces including Wednesday and Enid’s dorm room, the spine-tingling biology lab and principal Weem’s office.

Netflix House also offers a themed mini golf experience. Including nine holes of mini golf, each inspired by fan-favorites from the platform. These include Bridgerton, Is It Cake?, WWE and more! All are complete with “high-tech twists and unexpected challenges.” Netflix house also includes an array of VR experiences. You can “dive into the worlds for Squid Games, Stranger Things, and Rebel Moon” where you can become the main character in these futuristic experiences powered by Sandbox VR.

Don’t want to buy a ticket, but still want to experience the excitement? Netflix House has a full restaurant called Netflix Bites. They have created a menu entirely inspired by the shows and movies you love. Netflix House also has a shop you can visit and purchase exclusive merchandise. Both of these are available to visit without purchasing tickets for the other experiences.

Eastern’s CBL and CCD are offering students a chance to earn four tickets to Netflix House on Sunday, Nov. 16 from 12:30-3p.m. This experience would include Wednesday’s Eve of Outcasts experience, top nine mini golf and a free uber from Eastern’s campus. Attend their resume rescue night on Monday, Nov. 10 from 6:30-8:30p.m. in the Eagle Great room and you’ll be automatically entered.

The Netflix House in King of Prussia offers fans an exciting new way to step inside their favorite shows and movies. With immersive experiences, themed mini-golf, virtual reality adventures and a full restaurant, it blends entertainment, creativity and interactivity into one destination. Whether you’re a die-hard Netflix fan or just looking for a fun outing, this new attraction promises something for everyone.
