The September 2nd issue of The Waltonian featured an incorrect paraphrase of a statement made by President Duffett’s during the university-wide gathering address. We sincerely regret the error and any confusion or concern this may have caused. Please see the correction below:
“The Faculty Handbook authorizes the President to take measures to ensure the financial viability and well-being of the University when enrollment drops by 10% in three years. Our enrollment has dropped 11% in the last three years. I am taking action authorized by our faculty handbook.”
